Episode 25: Updates from my Carnivore experience; Tips to avoid blood sugar crashes at night; How to recover from a high-carb day

Helloooo everyone! Thanks for joining me for another episode of the show.Today's show is brought to you by Beautycounter. Beautycounter is an amazing company that sells super high-quality personal care products & make-up. They ban over 1,800 ingredients from their products, are EXTREMELY transparent with their ingredient selection process, and are constantly screening their ingredients for purity and safety.I recommend switching over from conventional personal care products to reduce your daily exposure to toxins. I recommend starting with things that you put directly on your skin such as foundation, lotion and deodorant.I LOVE the Tint Skin Foundation and the Countermatch Adaptive Moisture Lotion from BeautyCounter.Unfortunately they don't sell deodorant but there are a ton of brands out there that sell deodorant that as NO aluminum. In today's episode I discuss how my 6-day Carnivore experience has been. I have had a lot of benefits so far including reduced bloating, weight loss, reduced gut inflammation, stable energy levels, and elimination of sugar cravings! I also answer the questions:-How can you avoid eating midnight snacks if without them your blood sugar drops in the middle of the night?and-What is the best way to recover from a day of high-carb eating? Thanks for listening, liking, subscribing, sharing, and reviewing the show! All of these things help the show to grow! I appreciate each and every one of you! <3
