Every human longs to be fully alive. Pastor Eric shares his raw and personal story of his emotional health journey. In today's culture we are told "you are your emotions" and "you are defined by your emotions". Pastor Eric teaches we are designed to feel deeply, it is what makes us human. We also are not defined by our emotions but rather each emotion is an invitation to be discipled by Jesus. Being fully alive is being able to respect, feel and process all the emotions in life. It is essential we are choosing to grow in wisdom, love and truth. As John Maxwell says "Change is inevitable, growth is optional". Pastor Candace teaches when a body is in a healthy state, it then is able to heal itself. She also shares that no matter what kind of culture, world or situation you are in, you can walk in this identity to create the future in spite of what's happening around you.
