One of the great complexities of life is grappling with Faith and the human experience. How do we reconcile what we know is true when our life experiences say otherwise? Do we know how God defines faith in our lives? Pastor Eric talks on how the scriptures tell us faith is as small as a mustard seed and it's as big as a tree. It’s dynamic, it moves, it shrinks and grows. It’s not static and fixed but resembles a living organism. Sometimes it's strong and other times you wonder if you have any. Sometimes it’s a mere sliver of hope and others times it's as strong as a mountain. Faith is a surrender, it's not an accomplishment but rather it's a journey to Him.

In I Corinthians 3:3, Paul writes "are you acting like mere humans?" This question is an invitation to live the way you were created to live. God isn't designed to think like us, we were designed to think like him. We have a choice to live as "mere humans" or we can live in the way God had in mind.
