One of the great challenges of the human experience in this day and age is rest and sabbath. Pastor Tinasha teaches us that rest is spiritual practice and Jesus was an avid practicer of being alone. We learn in Genesis when God created the heavens and the earth that rest is part of the equation of creativity.
