Episode #26 - Joe Hartzler, 2016 worst year, Rucka, Fidel Castro, Aussie Underwear Hero, Indiana
Many people have stated that 2016 has been the worst year of their lives, from celebrity deaths to terrorist attacks (so... non-celebrity deaths). The debate this week is: WAS 2016 THE WORST YEAR IN HISTORY OR WAS IT ANOTHER YEAR?
2016 WAS THE WORST or WE'VE HAD WORSE?
This week I'm joined by comedian, writer and performer Joe Hartzler. Joe has been on a billion commercials and TV shows. I also forgot to mention on the episode, but we've both been in shitty horror movies. His is "Thankskilling 3." Very timely and a classic Thanksgiving horror movie, which there are probably more of than Thanksgiving comedies.

We also received this amazing fan art from Ali Hassanein (http://www.alihassanein.com/) for Rucka:
This week's debate was about the current year and how uncharacteristically bad it was for so many people. Was it your worst? I brought in heavy hitters like 1943, 1915, the 1860s and the decade of a little old thing called the "black plague." And before this sounds too much like an alt-right newsletter, it's also known as the "black death" and "bubonic plague." Sean chimes in with some wisdom about crotch-lumps.
And here's my Fidel Castro death-celebration video:

Episode #25 - Kirk Wilcox, Sega vs Nintendo, Hamilton, Rucka, Santa Splat, Trump Cups
Nintendo has announced the NES Mini console with 30 built-in games this holiday season. Sega's firing back by putting the Genesis back into production. So the debate this week is: WHICH IS BETTER? SEGA OR NINTENDO?
Comedian Kirk Wilcox from Carnegie Times joins us this week to discuss the classic debate: Nintendo vs Sega. But no console debate is complete without being sandwiched in a passionate debate about Hamilton the Musical, courtesy of Rucka and I. Plus another impromptu debate after the credits. This episode is like a debate threesome where everybody cums.

Which console had the best games? Rucka seems to think that all of the Nintendo games were shit other than Mario. That's it. Here's Metroid on NES versus Alex Kidd and Flicky on Genesis:
https://rss.madcastmedia.com/bestdebate/25/e25_games.jpg
Remember Flicky? No? Nobody does. I've never played it, but I'd be disappointed AF if I opened that up on Christmas. Speaking of Christmas disappointments, here's that video of the sky-diving Santa:

Episode #24 - Joe Hanson, Electoral College Debate, Trump Hillary Aftermath, Mark Zuckerberg, Marijuana Butter, Rucka Promotion
A lot of people are pissed off (mostly the left) that Donald Trump won the presidency because Hillary won the popular vote. So the debate this week is: SHOULD WE GET RID OF THE ELECTORAL COLLEGE?
Joe Hanson from Joe Goes is back this week, and he helps debate the merits of the "electoral college," which isn't a college so much as a system of election that no other country uses, except for Burundi, Estonia, Kazakhstan and the country of Vanuatu, which I didn't know existed until I did research to write this sentence. Is it a good system? Do we need it or is it out of date? That's the debate this week.
I've linked to that badass backup server recommended by our very own, Lord Matthew. I've created a banner on the page that you can bookmark to shop on Amazon and support Madcast Media Network:

Rucka got promoted back to Lieutenant Moderator, and Joe got promoted to Junior Assistant Deputy Moderator. And speaking of Rucka, he's switched from calling me a Hillary supporter to a full-on Trump blowhard. Who do I really support? Tune in to find out! And for those who never saw it, I did a video with Joe a while back which I'll link to again here:

Plus we discuss Mark Cuckerberg's culpability in the election outcome, and marijuana butter for kids.

Episode #23 - Jesse P-S, Rucka, The one and only Hillary Trump debate, Gov Gary Johnson, Starbucks Cop, Regressive Party, Mom block
This is the big one--the one and only debate episode that tackles the election this season. I only wanted to talk about this once on the show, so here it is: WHO SHOULD BE THE NEXT US PRESIDENT? TRUMP or CLINTON?
I'm joined this week by our very own Pod Awful's (https://madcastmedia.com/shows/cringevscringe/) Jesse P-S, also known on Facebook as MarkZuckerbergsAsianDildo2 (https://www.facebook.com/MarkZuckerbergsAsianDildo2). We have one big political debate this episode, our first and only on The Best Debate for a number of reasons, but most of all because there's no point since I'm running for president and am going to win and end all elections going forward. I kept a promise I made in the footnote of an article (http://www.thebestpageintheuniverse.net/c.cgi?u=regressive#update) I wrote 12 years ago to run for president in 2016, and here it is:
https://youtu.be/vOCf8sL0xgE
Also, here's the episode of Pod Awful we talked about at the top of this show, I highly encourage you to watch the video version if you have time, it's pretty amazing:
https://youtu.be/zevaMUKD3bs
And here's Rucka's Gary Johnson clip, definitely worth watching:
https://youtu.be/fnStNMFkwcQ
Speaking of Rucka (http://ruckasworld.com/), his promotion was short-lived, so I'm putting it to vote again this week. Should he be promoted back to LIEUTENANT or down to JUNIOR ASSISTANT DEPUTY MODERATOR? I've opened the voting back up.
Also make sure to listen to this episode later in the week because I'm going to change the episode depending on the outcome of the election. Stay tuned!
And finally, we talked about a lawsuit brought against Starbucks by a cop who sued after receiving a free coffee where the lid fell off. Turns out he also had Chron's disease, and despite popular belief, Starbucks is not responsible for giving their customers Chrone's disease.

Episode #22 - Ricky Hayberg, Rucka, Offensive Halloween Costumes, ETC Show, Candid, Clowns, Braces
Are Halloween costumes getting too offensive, or are people getting too sensitive? There seems to be a growing backlash, and a backlash to the backlash. The debate this week is: SHOULD OFFENSIVE HALLOWEEN COSTUMES BE TOLERATED OR HAVE THEY GONE TOO FAR? HALLOWEEN COSTUMES ARE FAIR GAME or ALTERNATE NEWS IS MORE TRUSTWORTHY?
I'm joined this week by ETC Show's very own, Ricky Hayberg (https://twitter.com/rickyftw), one of the hosts of the wildly popular ETC show. We have the great offensive Halloween costume debate. And it's great because we had it. I want you guys to chime off in the comments to see if you find any costumes particularly offensive, and speaking of comments...

Also this episode, Rucka (http://ruckasworld.com/) received a promotion this week, going from DEPUTY Moderator to LIEUTENANT Moderator. I've opened up the voting on whether or not you, the listener, thinks he deserves to be promoted.
And finally, we talked about the zero tolerance policy towards creepy clowns in Germany. It sounds so final. Plus, a kid who left his braces on for 11 years and sued his dentist. Links below.

Episode #21 - Dylan Avery, Loose Change, Alternate News, Rucka, Comfort Duck, Meteor Strike
This week, it's the guest you probably didn't see coming: Dylan Avery, the creator of the "Loose Change" documentary. Yes, that Dylan Avery, from what's most likely the #1 9/11 conspiracy documentary on the planet.
http://amzn.to/2eL1tWE
https://madcastmedia.com/amazon/
We had a very interesting discussion on alternate media compared to main stream media, as well as learning what happened after Loose Change exploded on the Internet. Plus a rare concession from Rucka when Ela Darling calls in to demolish the "idiot defense." Here's my video that I referenced in this episode:
https://youtu.be/qwLWq5roN_k
We also talked about a story about a woman who brings a "comfort duck" on planes with her, plus mass-extinction is preferred to a Trump or Clinton presidency. And here's a big group photo of everyone from this week:

Episode #20 - Ela Darling, Prop 60, Rucka, Condoms, Ken Bone, Alex Trebek, Nerdcore
I'm joined this week by my good friend, entrepreneur, adult performer and librarian, Ela Darling. She has a master's degree in library studies and is also one of brains behind CAM4 VR (NSFW). We had a very enlightening dicsussion about the myth of AIDS on porn sets, and what really goes into the day of a performer. Also, the Drolling Aussie calls in with his second prediction. Double or nothing, I say. We'll see what happens next week.
Check out these badass wares from K&H:

And here's the message that greeted Sean when he opened the envelope this week:

Plus we talk about the rise and fall of Ken Bone, who went from authentic American hero, to... authentic American hero with flaws. Why can't random citizens unwittingly thrust into the national spotlight live up to the impossibly high standards of an entire nation?

Episode #19 - Michael Malice, Does Voting Matter, Rucka, Lost Dildos, 102-year-old arrest, Stewie Douche
I'm joined again this week by Fox Business regular and The Observer columnist, Michael Malice. This week's one of the heartiest debates we've ever had on this show, questioning the foundation of democracy itself: voting. Does it even matter? Vote to find out!
Michael wrote an article about this very topic titled, "Why I won't vote this year—or any year" that will give you more insight into his thoughts:
