Dr. Gary Elkins, PhD is a Professor of Psychology and Neuroscience at Baylor University and the Director of the Mind-Body Medicine Research Laboratory where he conducts research into mind-body interventions including hypnosis, mindfulness, and music for sleep, pain, and hot flashes.
