46. Clients Need Us to Pivot:Blocks are Cries for Reorganization of Protection

In this episode, we revisit a popular topic of working with clients' blocks to vulnerability. We take time not just to talk about getting past the block but about the significant work of reorganizing the chaotic experience in the block.  * This is an update of a previously released version of this episode because I (James) made an error and gave the wrong name to the lady who does the Netflix show on home organization (Marie Kondo), and I did not correct myself or edit it before releasing the episode. While our heart is to help, we seek to own and take care to make sure our words do not cause hurt, and this error was hurtful. I am glad one of our Asian-American listeners pointed this out so I could fix it, and prevent my words from hurting more people.
