The three non-negotiable habits for a better life are: 1) Learn something new for 10 minutes each day, as continuous learning and thirst for knowledge improves life in the long run. 2) Engage in physical activity that excites or interests you, as choosing a habit that you genuinely care about leads to endless opportunities for improvement. It can be any form of exercise that suits your preferences. 3) Establish a habit of reflection and review, regularly taking time to step back and evaluate if you are working on the right things and directing your energy and attention to the highest and best use. This process should be revisited consistently, as the answer to what matters and what you want may change over time.
