True Happiness
True happiness does not come from external achievements or material possessions. Many people believe that acquiring higher salaries, accolades at work, or academic success will make them happier. While these achievements can provide a temporary boost in happiness, they do not lead to lasting fulfillment. The problem is not the lack of effort in pursuing these goals, but rather the misconception that they are the key to happiness. Lasting happiness comes from something else, something that requires inner work and a shift in perspective. People who constantly chase happiness through external circumstances are referred to as 'happy if or happy when people.' They believe they will be happy when they achieve certain milestones or acquire specific material possessions. However, they never seem to find true happiness even when they reach these goals. The pursuit of true happiness requires a deeper understanding of what truly brings joy and fulfillment in life.
