Opting out of the culture war

The digital age and cultural elites have led to an increase in the number of outrages we face. In a world full of provocations, we must not let our sensitivities run wild. Getting caught up in every indignation distracts us from our goals and makes us vulnerable to emotional manipulators. Blocking easily outraged individuals is important because they are the foot soldiers of mobs and easily controlled by others. Those without self-control become tools of tyranny.
