How to Find an Employee - Jigsaw Puzzle

Finding the right employee is like solving a jigsaw puzzle. Sometimes, you put a piece down that looks almost right and try to fit it in, even though you know it's not the perfect fit. This can damage both the puzzle and the piece. It's important to recognize when someone is not the right fit and have honest conversations about it. If it's a matter of integrity, the conversation is different. But if it's simply a matter of fit, it shouldn't be the first time they've heard about it. While no one wants to be exited, being honest and respectful can lead to better outcomes in the end.
