Intense perfectionists
Intense perfectionists have a razor-sharp focus on achieving a perfect end result. They are highly efficient and don't prioritize being liked, which can benefit them professionally but harm them personally. Occasionally, their perfectionism becomes maladaptive, leading them to pursue the goal at any cost. This can result in negative consequences such as team members quitting and neglecting their own well-being. Intense perfectionists tend to burn out and sacrifice important aspects of their lives for the sake of achieving their goals.
