The Importance of Strength Training for Lifelong Health

Strength and hypertrophy training should be done for as much of one's lifespan as possible. Starting strength training at a young age provides an advantage, but it is not necessary to start young in order to see improvements. Even individuals in their 90s have experienced significant improvements in muscle size and hypertrophy within a short period of time. Starting strength training in your 20s is beneficial for long-term health, but it is never too late to start. There is no age limit for reaping the benefits of strength training.
