As an entrepreneur, you need to shift your mindset from thinking like a technician to thinking about the problem you are trying to solve in the world. This involves identifying unmet needs and frustrations of a specific group of people and providing a holistic and remarkable solution. You must organize labor, systems, intellectual property, and technology to create a full solution for the problem you are solving.

Daniel Priestley is a serial entrepreneur and the author of five best selling books. This is a quote taken from his book Oversubscribed, which is my most highlighted book on kindle of hundred’s of books in my library.
