How to Untangle the Gordier Knot: A Guide to Expanding Your Load

In the future, two things are important: getting up and down off the ground and not losing balance. Waiting till old age to address these issues is not advisable. Sitting on the ground for 30 minutes while watching TV can help improve bone density and strength without the need for special classes or therapies. This simple act can also alleviate back and hip pain. By expanding the positions our body engages in day to day, we improve our movement lexicon. This untangles the gordier knot and allows us to continue with other exercise routines like spin or crossfit classes.
