Philip C. Saunders

Director of the INSS Center for the Study of Chinese Military Affairs. Previously worked at the Monterey Institute of International Studies, where he served as Director of the East Asia Nonproliferation Program from 1999-2003. Also serves as an adjunct instructor at the School of Advanced International Studies at Johns Hopkins University.
