#50: Creating a Culture of Partnership with Patchwork Health
Dr Anas Nader is Co-Founder and CEO of Patchwork Health, a technology company transforming flexible working in healthcare. Anas trained as a bio-medical communications specialist, then trained as a doctor and started working in the NHS as a junior doctor. AS a junior doctor he realised there was a need to reduce staffing spend, but also create a more efficient temporary staff and flexible working culture. He saw there was a gap in this space where technology could help solve this problem and creating a company to provide and deliver this at scale.
Anas joins me to talk about Patchwork Health and how they work to create true partnership. Their philosophy is to co-design, co-produce, co-deliver, because collaboration and working in partnership is key in the NHS. Anas shares how they strive to deliver excellent customer service. Anas also gives us a masterclass in leadership, sharing how it takes confidence and courage to say no and build the skills ready for the right opportunity.
“We’re working in partnership, we’ve become advisors, their colleagues, part of their team with shared KPI’s and shared goals that transform that relationship between the supplier and the customer.” Dr Anas Nader
