Deep dives
The pivot to a new business model
Robin is considering shifting her focus from one-on-one coaching to her ClubRise program. She wants to create a more scalable and evergreen program that offers the same level of intimacy and support as her one-on-one coaching. She plans to rebrand and possibly extend the program to six months. The goal is to maintain the high level of client care and connection while also freeing up time and space for her new business venture. Robin is considering relaunching ClubRise in January and building anticipation through a Black Friday promotion.
Balancing the new business and existing audience
Robin is aware that launching a new business might raise concerns among her existing audience. She wants to assure them that her commitment to her current business is unwavering. While she plans to focus on her new venture, she will also continue to provide business-related content and support. Robin recognizes the need to maintain the trust and confidence of her current audience while simultaneously building the new business.
Timing considerations and gentle shifts
Given the recent personal challenges and surgeries Robin has undergone, it is recommended that she take a gentle approach to the pivot. The goal is to avoid rushing and maintain a sense of spaciousness and ease. Instead of launching right away, she can use the rest of the year to refine ClubRise and make it more solid, ensuring a smooth transition. This will also allow Robin to process her personal journey and prioritize her healing and well-being.
Maintaining control and balance
Robin acknowledges her desire for control in her business, which provides a sense of comfort and stability. However, she is mindful of not rushing too quickly due to her recent experiences. She plans to proceed with the pivot in a controlled and deliberate manner, ensuring that it aligns with her values and priorities. By giving herself time and space, she can ensure that both her existing business and the new venture receive the attention and care they deserve.
Building anticipation and preparation
The plan is to relaunch ClubRise in January using a Black Friday promotion to generate interest and excitement. Robin will take the time to refine the program details in base camp, including the program length, inclusions, and pricing. This will provide clarity and allow her to establish a solid foundation for the relaunch. By taking a strategic approach, Robin aims to create a seamless transition to the new model while ensuring a high-quality client experience.
