We like to think that it is our thoughts themselves that cause our pain and distress, but what if it is action the WAY we think about our thoughts? This is what we call Meta-Cognition. In this video I explore the 5 faulty ways that we think about our thoughts that lead to worsened anxiety and depression. Rather than changing and trying to control our thoughts, we are going to change the way we think about them and react to them.
