In Episode 20, Nick and Kelvin discuss market momentum as signs of optimism become clearer. 

As always there is a word or two of caution however, with figures on mortgage deferrals and redundancies announced at Fletcher's (among others) illustrating we're not through the woods just yet. 

There's also credit card spending data, the latest ANZ Property Focus and some changes to the building act to digest.
