#144 - HOW TO CHANGE YOUR LIFE IN ONE YEAR

Hi there and welcome back to another episode!

I just got back from my morning run & walk – as you may know if you are listening to this podcast that I’m doing a 100 days of daily running challenge and today I did run 70! And I was thinking about how quickly 70 days goes and how easy it would have been not to run today - but realised clearly that it’s just all about showing up each day.

There are days (in fact most days) where I don’t feel like running, but I just show up and I get it done. And that made me think about how time will pass anyway, so you may as well do the things you always wanted to do. 

And that prompted me to create this podcast covering what I know about how to change your life in one year.
