Today’s guest is the Global Chief Marketing Officer for Humanz, and is responsible for accelerating awareness and growth of the top influencer marketing and social commerce platform. His career journey and popularity as a speaker is rooted in his passion for the creator economy, belief that creators are the true marketers of today and tomorrow and his ability to simplify complicated concepts — so marketers can quickly move from understanding to application.
Prior to Humanz, he served in key roles at Ogilvy’s Paris and Johannesburg headquarters, where he helped lead the global agency’s strategic work for brands including IBM, LVMH and Nestlé. Then recruited by several media companies to assist with their digital transformation, including: Zanews, where he served as director of the International Emmy award-winning satirical news show and House of Cronies, an original political-based board game he helped launch.
He also earned an MBA from the University of Cape Town and serves on the Interactive Advertising Bureau Digital Influencer Marketing Committee.
