These words offer valuable insight into the power of joy in difficult times. When we view our struggles through the lens of joy, we unlock a strength that helps us navigate the challenges with grace.
When life knocks you down and it feels impossible to get back on your feet, take a moment to count it all joy. Yes, it may seem illogical or even unfair, but the truth is, every hurdle is an opportunity for growth and transformation. Embracing joy in the face of adversity allows you to turn setbacks into stepping stones towards a brighter future.
