Today’s minisode comes from our listener survey from earlier this year. The listener wanted me to riff on the damage lying to yourself causes.

You’ll hear a theme in this episode about self-compassion. When we’re trying to move away from lying to ourselves, we need to always try and come from a place of self-kindness and compassion.
