

From Years of Residential Sales and Leasing to His First Apartment Acquisition with Lee Fjord | TLS029
In this episode, Lee Fjord joins us to talk about his journey as a real estate leasing and sales agent for many years to how he made the transition into the commercial space and how he recently acquired his first commercial apartment building.
Lee goes into detail about how he navigated through his sales and property management roles, to the numerous investments he made in residential real estate to his eventual acquisition of a 38 unit commercial multifamily apartment building.

Lee got his start in real estate working in leasing and property management where he built a PM division of a brokerage from 20 doors to 220 doors in 5 years and after being inspired by his clients who had built huge portfolios of investment properties, decided to relocate from the FL panhandle to move to St. Louis, MO to go full steam ahead into investing. Lee has done houses, duplexes, and 4-families for 2 years and just graduated to the "Next Level" taking down a 38 unit value-add deal in St. Louis with a goal of adding additional partners and only focusing on larger deals going forward.
