But, plot twist. The loudest noise is usually made by the ones who aren't qualified to even be speaking. One magazine is telling us to go keto, while some chick on instagram is trying to sell us weight loss tea, while our mums are trying to pump us with meat and three veg.    So after a 10 year long ride on fad diet rollercoaster, I threw caution to the wind and got the hell off. So now, when it comes to nutrition, there's only one person I listen to. He's been dubbed the Gordon Ramsey of the fitness industry, is a Sunday Times best-selling author and travels the world educating with his no bullshit approach to fitness and nutrition, and I was so stoked to sit down with him when he stopped into Brisbane.
