Steve Rozenberg had 1 dream as a kid: fly big planes. He accomplished that dream, but had to pivot to real estate investing after the tragic events of 9/11 left him furloughed. I had him on the show to share how he used the skills, systems, and process of a pilot to build & scale a portfolio, that he would end up selling to venture capitalists. He's quite the accomplished investor who started as a wholesaler who knows nothing and now teaches other investors how to treat their business like a pilot by leading & systematizing like nobody else.
