That bad apple is not just bothering you. Your members are also bothered. But you are the one in a position to do something about it.
So, remove them from your community. But do so in a respectful way.
Do not burn bridges.
Do not fly off the handle.
Do not take things personally.
Do not make assumptions.
Most importantly, do not tolerate the things you said you never would.
