Today we are joined by Marissa West (CEO and Creator) and Heidi Hillman (COO and Master Trainer), co-owners of West Kept Secret, a unique HIIT workout fusing cardio, strength, and pilates. Heidi and Marissa share their story of how they met, what they were each doing up until that point, and how they decided to work together to build the empire that WKS is today.
Heidi, Marissa, and their team train everyone from celebrities and models to professional athletes and people from all different fitness experience levels. They are answering all your questions on what it takes to make it as a fitness instructor, how they stay motivated to exercise and eat healthy, and how they bring the fun to every class they teach and every client they train. Heidi tells us about her own experience as one of Marissa's early-on clients and the transformation she experienced both physically and mentally.
