#68: How to Stretch and Improve Your Flexibility

May 5, 2022
30:51

I know that stretching isn't the most fun topic to cover, and probably not top of mind, but it is important. The good news is, you don't have to spend hours per week working on "just stretching" to make some serious flexibility and mobility improvements.

Throughout this podcast I went through some basic reasons WHY you should stretch.

I then followed that up with some simple, step-by-step instructions on HOW to stretch properly.

And finally, how to work stretching into your routine in a way that doesn't require hours of holding weird poses.

Stretching is important, but it's still only one piece of the pie. You need to continue to work on everything else as well.
