Making Learning a Habit that Matters at Ericsson (Interview with Vidya Krishnan)

In the last episode of this series, my guest is Vidya Krishnan, Chief  Learning Officer and Global Head of Learning and Development at Ericsson, who is at the cutting edge of driving a culture where learning is a habit that matters.
