Kyle is a former member of the Ohio Army National Guard, an experienced corporate leader, a real estate investor and now an entrepreneur. Randy has been an educator and coach for 13 years and has a Master’s in Educational Leadership. They have started a coaching program and podcast round what they call the IDEAL skills.The IDEAL skills can be applied in small steps to influence big changes in life. Randy and I are both living examples of this and we believe living a more IDEAL life can have a long lasting positive impact on society.
