Kirk explains why he sees diet plans as a waste of time and suggests that for the long term you need an eating system that can adapt and change with your life so you can remain consistent in your eating choices. Although diets don’t work long term they're great for self education so that you know how to eat and in what quantity.
A change you can make today that will lead to better long term health is to minimise or remove added sugar and processed foods. Plan what you are going to eat in a day or week as far as up to a month and be detailed with your plan that will lead you to better eating habits and decisions.
