For the last 4 years he works for an oil and gas company, and his prior experience includes KM consulting in a global consulting firm, as well as KM roles in IT, recruitment and FMCG industries. He holds a Master's degree in Business Informatics with KM related degree thesis defended back in 2008. Eugene leads the biggest Russian speaking KM community ("Knowledge Management in Russian") and has led the research of applicability of IT tools for knowledge management.
