Andy Storch is an author, consultant, coach, speaker and facilitator specializing in helping clients turn strategy into action and people doing the best work of their lives. He is the host of two podcasts, including The Talent Development Hot Seat and Andy Storch Show, and also the author of the book, Own Your Career Own Your Life, published in 2020.

We wanted to connect with Andy who impresses us with his passion and energy to advise and guide people towards the best version of their career possible. Andy pivoted last year, as the pandemic struck, and as he faced his own health challenges. We learned from him the power of always adapting in an agile way. As a huge believer in the strength of networks and community, Andy also has a lot of advice to share about how each of us can leverage that, as exemplified by his successful business.
