About Today's Guest
Jared Aquilina is the Owner of Aquilina Strength Training. He's a Personal Trainer, Program Design Specialist, & Financial Coach. Jared has a B.S. in Exercise Science. He is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer. During his time studying at Temple University, he also interned for Villanova as a Strength and Conditioning Aide to the 2009 FCS Championship Team.Jared has competed in local weightlifting competitions and enjoys all exercises with a barbell. In high school, Jared played Junior Varsity and Varsity Basketball. Despite having an athletic background, Jared had to overcome early teenage obesity through his own teachings and self-discipline. This experience inspired him to become a fitness professional and motivate others, of all ages, to achieve their health related goals.
