Roland is joined by Tanya Wilson of Priority Pumping in Phoenix, Arizona. She shares how she built her business out of the ashes of divorce and has grown it over the last seven years. Tanya discusses the value of creating a winning culture, selecting the ideal employees (including an amazing and sneaky tactic to use at restaurants), coaching, and delegating. She also breaks down the importance of goal-setting for the business and her team, especially as they’re in the process of launching a franchise location. Growing up on a farm in Wyoming, she learned to go for it but also to ask for help when it’s needed.
