Guyon Espiner is a New Zealand media legend. He has a new book out called The Drinking Game which, if you read, may make you stop and think about your relationship with alcohol. Guyon was a drinker, and a very good one, until he quit a few years ago.
In this short "Bite size" podcast, which is a small portion of our full length conversation, Guyon reflects on the last time he got drunk (3 years ago) and his decision to give up alcohol altogether.
