In this week's episode of the Brawn Body Podcast, Dan is joined by Dr. Matthew Walko, PT, DPT, CCS, CSCS, to discuss his personal journey through life, health, and education. Dr. Walko is a professor at Lebanon Valley College, where he teaches courses on strength and conditioning, physiology, cardiopulmonary therapy, pharmacology, and more. He has spent extensive time researching heart rate variability (HRV). Walko has spent over a decade treating patients with numerous diseases and disorders in an inpatient environment while raising a family, pursuing higher-level certifications and specialties, and teaching at the college.
