Today I am joined by Tris Alexandra is a Clinical Nutritionist, recipe developer, food photographer & founder of Tris Alexandra Nutrition + Wellness.

Today Tris shares her expertise with how women can optimise their diet and lifestyle to balance their hormones, optimise fertility

and reverse PCOS symptoms. She provides some insight into what you need got be informed about before going on the pill and how we can cycle sync, or work better with our menstrual cycle (down to what's best to eat at which parts of the cycle). Lastly she shares some tips for busy people wanting to get on top of their nutrition and some easy tips to meal prep.
