About Kris Mortensen:
Kris is a commercial real estate agent and specializes in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily and student housing properties. He started his career with Marcus & Millichap in 2016. In 2017, he joined the Shin-Zylstra multifamily team.
The Shin-Zylstra team has successfully transacted over One Billion dollars of multifamily and student housing properties. In 2017, the Shin-Zylstra team accounted for over 50% of all multifamily sales in the state of Utah.
Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Kris attended the University of Utah for his undergrad in Accounting and a Masters of Business Administration. In addition, he has five-plus years of experience in the development side of Real Estate with Mountain West Real Estate Development.
