This extraordinary organisation was born in the wake of the heart-wrenching 2004 tsunami in Thailand to help children left orphaned, raising an astonishing $33 million along the way. But there's more to Peter's story. 

For 22-years, Peter worked within the Police Force in the elite Forensics Service Area in NSW, where he played an integral role in the aftermath of events like the Bali Bombings and the Thailand tsunami. 

Their conversation delves into the heart of leadership dynamics, shedding light on the delicate balance between wielding control and igniting the fires of collective purpose. 

It’s an invigorating discussion that explores the very fabric of leadership, as they debunk the notion of 'do as you're told' in favour of ‘bringing people on the journey’.
