This week in my kitchen, I'm bringing you a solo episode from Mallorca all about diet and nutrition. I often get asked about what I eat and whether I'm still plant-based, so I decided to dedicate this episode entirely to discussing my diet and nutrition journey.
My goal is always to be the healthiest version of myself, so in this episode, I talk about my experience with being plant-based and my decision to reintroduce some animal products into my diet, including the process of navigating vegan guilt. I also touch on the areas of health I've focused on this year, such as supplements, protein intake, and choosing the best quality olive oil and salt.
