Within months, aching joints and declining energy levels sidelined her soccer career, and slowly ate away at her life. While her skin aged, her hair fell out, and while she lost her period on more than one occasion, she pressed on with her vegan diet until she finally reached a breaking point in 2018.

Embracing the carnivore diet in 2018, Kristel experienced a personal renaissance. Her energy levels, mental clarity, and physical health rebounded, and her hair and skin quickly followed suit.

Now, after four years on a Carnivore and Animal-based diet, Kristel has been living the best, and healthiest years of her life.
