After recently reading Attached: the New Science of Adult Attachment and How It Can Help You Find--and Keep--Love by Amir Levine and Rachel Heller, I've been reflecting more on my attachment style, and learning to really recognize and honor my needs.
In this episode, I share my experiences and thoughts on attachment styles and the importance of honoring one's needs.
I also hope to encourage listeners to reflect on their own attachment style (anxious, avoidant, secure, anxious/avoidant), and to not compromise one's needs just to please someone else.
