Well, most do enjoy those leftovers until the leftovers have taken over. I don't know about you, but I tend to use the leftovers as an excuse to extend the holiday.
And then, the next thing you know, it's Christmas and New Year's.
Where has the time gone? Am I ever going to get to the lifestyle I desire?
Real life. Real struggles. Real people.
It's hard to keep up when you're always running behind. Catch-up is not a game to play unless it involves hot dogs and hamburgers.
Real life. Real struggles. Real people.
If you really want to live the life of your dreams, you gotta impact the moment.
The K.I.S.S. ~ Impact the moment!You don't have time to change everything in one day. You can do it for a little while, but then your drop back to real life...real struggles.
You get the picture all too well.
So don't throw away the greatest gift you can give yourself. Impact the moment.
- CHOOSE your actions wisely. - That means before you grab 'n go from your refrigerator, stop and think to impact. You get out what you put in. So spend time really honing in on what you want to consciously pay attention to. And then, make a sign or two in order to get your attention and stay on track.
- REFINE your thoughts. - What you think about, you're attracted to. Use caution with your thoughts. You want your thoughts to inspire and motivate your actions. That's going to help to bring discipline to your moments.
- ACT on facts, not feelings. - Your feelings lie to you. Your feelings can make you give you comfort even if you don't need it. So deal with the facts. Know what you want and go after it from a factual standpoint.
All of these are moment-to-moment. If you flood your mind with every possible alternative to what will work or not work, you will default to comfort.
Don't get involved in overanalyzing and underestimating the power of YOU!
Encounter your health by impacting the moment.
