#70- Academic Pressure and Mental Health (with Shruti Varahala)

She shares some of her experiences being raised in such a competitive culture/society and how this has impacted her mental health. Shruti talks about academic pressure, burnout, validation, and much more. We also discuss some of the negative impacts that grades have on self-worth, peer interaction, and mindset for the future. This episode is a great reminder that you are MORE than a student and it's imperative that you make time to do the things that bring you joy.
