Today I listen to Mark, he talks about the shifts in his life, the role of narratives we tell ourselves and what it takes to engage in development. Developing trust and believing in his intuition helped him to do this. The resulting mindfulness, understanding and awareness led to a shift in his perspective on himself and his environment. For him, the change in his own perspective on the world is akin to a miracle. And now enjoy listening.
