How I transformed my idea of fatherhood and found true happiness with Bodé Aboderin

Hi everyone, and welcome to this special Father's Day episode on the Motherkind podcast. Bodé is on a mission. He says we need a new way of thinking about masculinity and fatherhood. And he says it's vital that men unpack their beliefs about what it means to be a man and a father or else they risk perpetuating this old really stifling idea of masculinity.

Bodé’s story is one of transformation. He shares how he used to believe being a man meant, earning more, not showing his feelings and having this unpenetrable mask of masculinity.

Hitting rock bottom, he had a breakthrough that led him to totally transform how he sees his role as a man and a father.

And that is what we talk about in this episode. It is incredibly powerful and I really, really hope that this is going to be one that you're going to share with the men in your life.
