Our guest this week is yoga teacher and Ayurveda practitioner Marc Holzman. Marc recently brought his skills to our Open Source retreat in the Berkshires. Marc’s openness leaps out straight away with the admission that he considered showing up to teach his practice and remain an observer. Luckily for us he dove in instead.
