Lee Tseng is the co-founder/owner of The Boxing Cat Brewery and Liquid Laundry Kitchen & Brew. The Boxing Cat Brewery is the most successful and internationally recognized microbrewery in China. The craft beers under the Boxing Cat label have won several international awards and its restaurants continue to represent American gastropubs in China. Lee and his partners are some of Shanghai’s most legendary restaurateurs and his work has contributed to China’s current craft beer movement. 🍺
